My "Beehive" Mind

After a lot of thought process though I really do not why, I am finally back to what I was doing in my college days - Writing & Scribbling. Phew!!! I used to write down everything every single thing and now I don't even have those.

Now I am drifting from the blog title. My mind is what I call a "Beehive" these days. The only difference in the hives that breed in a pleasant garden and my mind is the fun factor and of course visibility. As all of us know bees are busy creatures making honey, moving from one place to another. They do not like to be disturbed and if you disturb you know what you get - a painful sting.

When the bee activity starts in my mind the sound “guiiiiii" travel through various parts of the brain (cerebrum, medulla etc) sends a signal to my eardrum to just stop listening to the outside world. It’s like a conference. My brain along with the various participants participates in making honey. Now the fun part here is since only I have the visibility to this honey making process the rest of the world think I am nuts. Often happens with many people here. It so funny that they tell something and I reply something else. That is the power of the “guiiiiii” sound. During this activity if I am interrupted then my brain sends a stingy signal and I react so weirdly. Do you know that bees never sleep? They just remain motionless to take rest and to gain energy for the next day. That’s the same case in my “Beehive” too. The activity temporarily is suspended only when I kiss goodnight to my daughter and go to bed. The next day again bees starts with “guiiiiii” sound something like Suprabhatam.

When the bees are hungry and require honey the signal comes from the brain and signals the mouth or eyes to gather it. Bees are independent they can gather honey from the flower they like isn’t it? So are mine. Now the mouth and the eyes gather the nectar like ideas from different people or internet search. What kind of honey a bee contributes depends on the flower its gets the nectar from. Since bees eat their own honey sometimes the nectar ideas may not materialise or last long enough but the search process is always endless – remember bees never rest.

Well if you have still not guessed what I am trying to write then try this hint – “I have set my mind free to think about the various things I always wanted to do.”

Soon the honey is about to make my tongue sweet and everlasting and the bees may find another “Beehive” to keep them busy.
